Romesco Red Pepper and Hazelnut

5 cloves garlic cloves
1 slice wheat bread crumbs
1 cup hazelnuts
1 28oz san marenzo tomato
2 cup roasted red bell peppers
1 cup olive oil
2 tbl smoked paprika
salt and pepper

Oven roast head of garlic 45 minutes at 350
Oven roast hazelnut and bread 15 minutes at 350 turning every 5 minutes. Chop bread into crumbs in food processor.
Blend all in food processor
Heat to serve
