Chicken Marsala

Chicken Marsala
4 chicken breasts
4 tablespoons unsalted butter
4 tablespoons olive oil
1 large shallot, finely chopped
2 garlic cloves, smashed
8 ounces assorted mushrooms, sliced
9 ounces artichoke hearts, sliced
1/2 cup sweet Marsala
Leaves from 1 fresh rosemary sprig

Roast chicken for 35 minutes. Saute olive oil, shallot, garlic, mushroom, artichoke, and rosemary for 10 minutes. Add chicken, marsala, and butter cover for 10 minutes.
